蒜头瓶通体挂满紫金釉色，并以堆白的形式表现出荷花白鹭的题材，此瓶为明代时期的作品，底部满釉，可见此件花瓶为十分重要的物品，修足规整，釉色莹光发亮，以此釉色表现出黄昏时期荷塘水鸟出来捕鱼的场景。
