Once you have paid for your item we will evaluate it, if we are able to ship we will send you a quote for DHL or EMS. After you pay the freight, we will arrange for the packaging and transportation of the goods. If you do not agree and want to use other transportation methods, our company can provide the contact information of other professional transportation companies.

We are not a professional shipping company; we do the best to our ability to pack every item and get your item/s to you safely. We recommend that you choose DHL shipping, you can buy full insurance when sending. If the goods are damaged during transportation, the company has the right to refuse to bear the losses caused by transportation.
Before you plan to come to Singapore, please check or ask us whether your country is eligible for visa-free or visa-on-entry in Singapore. We will provide visa application services to customers in need to participate in company events or exhibitions. The waiting time for visa application is about one week, please plan and arrange your time reasonably, contact us in advance to help you handle it.
● Clear photos of front and back of passport and ID card* Passport should be valid for more than six months (from the date of entry)
● Colorful white background ID photo taken within three months
● Inform marriage, education, and date of entry into Singapore.
Each applicant need to pay a visa fee, please get in touch with us for the visa processing fee. The processing fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application or if you withdraw the application after submission.
Every application for a visa, including the duration of the visa granted, will be considered on its own merits and subject to approval.
Possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. The granting of entry into Singapore is determined by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officers at the point of entry. Visitors must also meet entry requirements such as holding a valid passport, sufficient funds for the period of stay in Singapore and confirmed onward/return air ticket (if applicable).
