- 卖方必须确保对委托拍卖品拥有绝对所有权。
- 拍卖结束后，卖方应按拍卖锤价的20％作为佣金。如果没有达成协议，则不向拍卖师支付任何费用。
- 如果卖方在拍卖开始前撤回拍卖品，或者拍卖品已在目录中公布，则卖方应向拍卖商支付拍卖底价的10％作为违约金，并支付相应的目录费。如果收货人更改了拍卖品的价格，则必须提前14天通知。
- 拍卖品在被收集并保管在存储空间中后，应当严格管理和管理，以确保委托拍卖品的安全。如果物品损坏，丢失，拍卖师应根据卖方签署的协议所签的底价赔偿卖方，除非不可抗力。
- 在拍卖人向买方收取所有款项后的35个工作日内，拍卖人应在扣除协议中约定的费用后，将剩余余额支付给卖方。如果本公司代卖方代扣代缴税款，本公司将按照国家有关规定执行。
- 如果未出售卖方的拍卖品，则卖方应在收到拍卖人的通知后的15个工作日内收集拍卖品。如果未在规定期限内取回委托的物品，拍卖商将不承担任何责任；在头40天后，从第41天起，将收取拍卖品底价的1％的每日仓储费。
- 本协议有四份，拍卖商应保留3份，卖方应保留1份。卖方应在收集拍卖品或付款时携带本协议和身份证明。
- VIII. This agreement is only valid when it is stamped with the Company contract seal. All auction agreements, related documents, and auction items will be held in the custody of the company for a period of 5 years from the date of the auction contract. Any auction items or documents not claimed or removed from the company at the expiration of the 5 years shall thereafter be deemed the property of the company. The company then have sole discretion and authority to dispose of such items without further consultation with their previous owners. The responsibility to claim/remove auction items and related documents shall lie solely with the owners of the auction items.
